Property Condition Assessment is a kind of “health check” for the building. Such assessment is needed to evaluate the condition of buildings, during pre-purchase, or practical building completion and handover arrangements, as well as to check on the status of a dilapidated building.
It is used to determine the general condition of a building for the purposes below:
