He is a certified Property Condition Assessor with the American Society for Testing and Measurement (ASTM), United State of America. He is a registered Management System Lead Auditor with the International Register of Certificated Auditors (IRCA) and has led in various audit/assessments of various Organizations in the Oil and Gas, Constructions, Banking, and Manufacturing sectors to System Certification. She is a member of Project Management Institute (PMI). She is a certified Professional Project Manager (PMP). A certified Lead Auditor (ISO9001). She is an experienced Commercial Team Lead managing various construction projects across Nigeria. She started her career in as a Project QS in Logic Sciences Limited working on Extra Low Voltage Systems. She was Project Manager in H&O Automation Systems. At Arbico plc, she was the Contract Package Coordinator. Cost Administrator at Alpha Mead Facilities & Management Services Limited. General Manager (Commercial) at M&E Kaiser. She was Head, Commercial Reporting and Audits at Construction Kaiser Limited. She deployed and implemented the Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015) for M&E Kaiser and Construction Kaiser Limited. She was Head, System Compliance for both organizations. She has trained and managed successfully a team of Internal Auditors from various professions. Faith is a staunch ambassador of transparency. She has also deployed and integrated the COSO framework for internal controls into her organization's business processes. She is a member of the Building Collapse Prevention Guild (BCPG), a non-profit organization, reinforcing standard practices in the construction industry, where she has served in various capacities to strengthen the guild. She is presently the Treasurer, BCPG Lagos Chapter.

Dr Julius Faremi is a visiting lecturer at the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Pan African University Institute for Basic Sciences, Technology and Innovation (PAUSTI) in Kenya. He was also a visiting scholar at Stellenbosch University, South Africa with funding from the Centre for Housing and Sustainable Development, University of Lagos, under the Africa Research Universities Alliance (ARUA), United Kingdom Research and Innovation (UKRI) and Global Challenges Research Fund (GCRF) Partnership Funds. He holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Building, a Master’s degree (MSc) in Construction Management and a Doctor of Philosophy degree (Ph.D.) in Building. His professional practice and research interest spans construction management and facilities management with a particular interest in building operations and maintenance management. Dr Faremi is a registered Builder with the Council of Registered Builders of Nigeria (CORBON) and a certified Quality Management System (QMS) internal auditor to ISO 9001:2008 standard. Before joining the academics, he held various Facility Management, Project Management and Construction Management positions in several organizations including Alphamead Facilities and Management Services Ltd, Construction and Allied Technical Services Ltd, Stallion Property and Development Company Ltd, and Cornerstone Construction (Nig) Ltd. Dr Faremi vast experience spans across operational, tactical and strategic building production management, facilities and maintenance management, project planning, project coordination and execution, quality management and performance evaluation, organization management review and gap analysis. Dr Faremi has successfully mentored over 30 Undergraduate and 10 Post-graduate students through final dissertations and theses respectively. He has over 17 years of industry experience and 12 years of research and teaching experience with over 35 publications in referred journals and learned conference proceedings.
